Performance characteristics
The transducer is used for both transmission and reception, with small size, strong signal, good waveform, no distortion at the front end of the waveform, and effectively reduces the phenomenon of sensor stuck tube.
The depth recording wheel adopts dustproof and waterproof design, and the protection level reaches IP65. It also has wired and wireless connection methods, which is flexible and convenient.
First wave positioning algorithm: accurate first wave positioning greatly improves the accuracy of acoustic parameter interpretation
Restore the defects of the pile body in real time on site, basically without post-processing.
The acoustic shadow map of the foundation pile can be generated from the horizontal or oblique measurement data.
Retest and encryption tests can be performed at any time during the test.
Structural tests such as ultrasonic-rebound comprehensive strength detection, non-dense area and cavity detection crack depth detection can be performed.
It adopts a high-performance A8+DSP main control processing unit, with a 10.4-inch industrial high-brightness wide-temperature LCD screen.
It adopts modern industrial design and double-injection molded shell. The body is scratch-resistant, drop-resistant, sturdy, beautiful and lightweight. The weight of the whole machine is less than 2.5kg.
The transducer spool adopts a collector ring design, and the signal cable can be retracted and released freely to prevent the cable from being twisted.
It can generate CT imaging, 3D tubular slices, and 3D defect perspective images, and the test results are clear at a glance.
