LRM-12L Large Capacity Refrigerated Centrifuge
The capacity is 6×2400mL, and it can separate 18 bags of 200mL whole blood or 12 bags of 400mL blood bags at one time. Main features
1. Adopt Mitsubishi PLC and Weilun touch screen, with self-developed control panel and high-torque AC variable frequency motor, stable operation and low noise, providing a comfortable laboratory environment.
2. Adopt imported fluorine-free refrigeration compressor unit and environmentally friendly refrigerant R404a, with a wide temperature control range: -20ºC-+40ºC, and can be set during the operation of the centrifuge; with pre-cooling function, it can quickly cool down to the set temperature; with standby cooling function, it can maintain the set temperature in standby state; with heating defrost function.
3. It has multiple early warning functions such as overspeed, overtemperature, imbalance, undervoltage, overvoltage, etc., three-level damping shock absorption, special combined shock absorption device, so that the motor can run smoothly, safely and reliably, prevent sample resuspension, and achieve excellent centrifugal effect.
4. Touch control mode, displaying set parameters and operating parameters at the same time, the operation interface is intuitive, simple and easy to use;
5. The stainless steel centrifugal chamber is equipped with all-steel spray-coated shell, one-piece stamped steel front face and three-layer steel protective cover and other security devices, which are not only sturdy and durable, but also ensure the safety of staff and laboratory use.
6. The wind shield is the first to use carbon fiber material, with first-class strength and details, and the overall weight is light and reliable. It has applied for a national patent.
7. The mechanical door lock is used, which is simple to operate and adapt to various harsh environments. Just gently close the door cover to trigger the door lock system and lock the door cover safely.
8. 12-speed acceleration and 12-speed deceleration rate control, which can store 16 sets of user-defined programs, can modify the control parameters of the running rotor at any time, and can display the speed rise and fall curve, centrifugal integral curve, and temperature curve.
9. The chassis has casters and carbon steel caster adjustment blocks to facilitate equipment movement and horizontal adjustment.
10. It has CFDA registration and CFDA production qualifications, and has passed ISO9001 (2015) certification and ISO13485 (2016) certification.
