LSFM-100 four-point measuring system: four probes are arranged on the same line in sequence with equal
spacing, and appropriate pressure is applied to form ohmic contact between the probe and the object to be
measured. The resistance and square resistance of the object to be measured can be measured. If the thickness of
the object to be measured is known, the resistivity of the object to be measured can be calculated.
