The ZBL-F800 is designed for the quantitative measurement of crack depth and width in bridges, tunnels, walls, concrete road surfaces, and metal surfaces. It also allows for the storage of crack imaging.

This versatile detector is designed for measuring both crack depth and crack width. It features an optional auto/manual crack depth/width interpretation function, making it simple and convenient to use.
There are three modes for crack depth measurement: real-time automatic identification, manual identification, and digital scale manual identification. These options ensure the accuracy of identifying minor cracks.
The device is equipped with a 4.3-inch color monitor for real-time display of the original crack image on the test specimen. It is capable of storing up to 10,000 result images, which can be transferred to a portable storage device such as a USB thumb drive.
The ZBL-F800 includes a convenient and reliable micro-transducer, which is a "plug and play" style device extension of the ZBL-F800.
The unique self-adjustment function, used with a standard scale plate, provides convenient and reliable usage.
The device also boasts an outstanding file management function, enabling quick and easy data search.
Professional software is included, which generates test reports and ensures a thorough and accurate analysis process.
