This material is made by compounding water-based emulsion with hollow glass microspheres and other materials using equipment independently developed by our company. The product forms a dense heat-insulating layer on the surface of the base material, which can effectively prevent the conduction of sunlight and radiant heat in the air, reduce the heat exchange between the inside and the outside, and play a role in heat preservation and insulation.

Blocking radiation - infinite insulation board effect
The numerous small hollow micropores make the number of interfaces in the coating film tend to be infinite, which can make the material have a lot of reflective interfaces, making the radiation heat conduction very difficult. In addition, the pores in the aerogel are nano-scale pores with extremely low volume density, and each pore wall acts as an insulation board, reducing the radiation heat transfer to almost the lowest limit.

Blocking conduction - infinite path effect
The thermal conductivity of hollow glass microspheres is extremely low, and the aerogel has nearly infinite nanopores. When heat is transferred in the solid, it can only be transferred along the pore wall. The nearly infinite pore wall reduces the ability of heat conduction to near the minimum limit.

Blocking convection - close to vacuum state
Hollow glass microspheres are micrometer-level hollow closed spheres, containing rarefied gas inside, with extremely low thermal conductivity, and the mesh pores inside the aerogel are only 20-50 nanometers. The coating is close to a vacuum state, and convection heat transfer is not easy to occur.

Spherical tank:
The project is located in a tropical monsoon climate area, where the sun and atmospheric radiation heat is relatively strong, there is a lot of rain all year round, and typhoons are frequent.
