Product introduction

LSNE-3000 nanoscale electrostatic spinning machine is a kindof polymer or melt jet spinning in strong electric field by usinghigh voltage electricity, and finally get nanoscale diameterpolymer filament. The nanofber membrane has been widelyused in biomedicine, filter, composite sensor and other fields.

Technological advantage

(1) High voltage power supply 0~21kv, digital display, overcurrent protection, overvoltage prote ction;
(2) The double nozzle system is located on both sides of the drum collector, using medical needles, needles ofdiferent diameters can be replaced, through the needle of different diameters and the parameter setting of themetering pump, the composite fiber film of different components can be obtained, to meet the reguirements oidifferent experiments;
(3) Two channel metering pump: continuous metering pump, easy to use, digital display, flow speed, injectionvolume can be accurately controlled. Two channels can be independently controlled to set different advancingspeeds, and can be used with different specifications ofsyringes;
(4) Drum collector: Copper drum speed 0~3000 rpm, accurate adjustable and integrated forming, stable runningwithout shaking.

The instrument is equipped with high voltage power supply, dual nozzle system and drum collector, nozzle andcollector association system, independent control of metering pump, nozzle and collector parameters arecontrolled by the control system, parameters can be adjusted to meet the nee ds of diferent experiments. it canbe used to prepare microfibers with a diameter of tens of nanometers, which have very high specific surface areaultra-fine diameter and extremely high porosity. Nanofibers can be prepared from a variety of polymers, such asPVA, PVP, PAN and PS, as well as polymers doped with other metal ions.
