The LSPEC 140 Airborne Radioactive Aerosol Monitor enables the detection of airborne radioactivity in

engineering using an ion-implanted silicon detector located in the sampling line above the filter paper.

The use of fluoride microporous filter paper to reduce radon daughter tailing. The instrument

automatically completes the energy calibration, efficiency calibration and spectral shape detection. The

interference of radon daughters is deducted by the more advanced energy spectrum fitting deduction

method, and the net count of artificial α and β nuclides of concern is obtained, and their

concentrations and judgment limits are calculated.

It is mainly used for the monitoring of α/β aerosol in the workplace, including the production and

decommissioning of nuclear facilities, nuclear power plants, radioactive source manufacturing, industrial

safety, nuclear accident protection, environmental protection and scientific research.
