International intelligent safety BOD analyzer
The BOD analyzer is designed based on the differential pressure measurement principle. It simulates the biodegradation process of organic matter in nature. Inside the sealed incubation bottle, the oxygen in the air above continuously replenishes the dissolved oxygen consumed by the decomposition of organic matter in the sample. By removing the CO2 generated during the degradation of organic matter, the air pressure in the incubation bottle changes. The BOD value of the sample is calculated by monitoring this change in air pressure.
The BOD analyzers produced by our company allow you to select an incubation time ranging from 1 to 30 days and can test six water samples simultaneously. During the testing process, the current BOD value being measured is directly displayed on the screen, enabling you to check the current test data at any time. The instrument has an automatic storage function, allowing you to view the test result data at any time. It also features a wireless printing function for printing test data. The instrument can store 20 sets of BOD result values and can directly transmit the test data to a computer via wireless transmission
