 3.1 Border Radar Optical Linkage Monitoring: Radar and photoelectric equipment are set up on towers or poles near the border line, and the radar conducts all-weather scanning of the detection area, and when a moving target enters the range, the radar can immediately report the coordinates of the target and automatically track the target, record its movement trajectory, and guide the photoelectric system to capture and confirm the target, so as to realize wide-area, real-time, and reliable early warning, and to enable the monitoring center to do timely handling of border-crossing, smuggling and other behaviors.
