The loading platform is low, the front part of the vehicle provide more loading space, meanwhile the gravity center is lower after loading, the vehicle runs safely. Excellent technique:
Vehicle's main components are manufactured by advanced equipment. The Main Rail welded by Unionmelt Welding Machine imported from Germany, Wheel Rim assembles by Assembly Machine, Wheel Base ensured by Distance Tester. Electrical and Air System is qualified. All surface of components are shot-blasted to Standard Requirement. The painting firmness is qualified.
Frame:
The Chassis Frame consists of welded main beam and profiles steel components. The components are connected by welding. The material of main beam is 16Mn steel. With its space frame structure, reasonable connecting points, and balance in both strength and rigidity, the chassis frame has the characteristics of big capacity and stable structure.
Axle:
Qualified and longer Axle is produced by professional manufacturer. As to avoid the wheel is locked at braking and enhance safety, ABS System is for option.
Suspension system:
It has been in balance for the load acting on every axle by assembling latest Japanese emergency suspension system. Axle Space can be adjusted by pull rod to avoid the tire wear and tear exceptionally. Pull rod bracket which is patent. In order to satisfy different clients, leaf spring suspension system and air suspension system ect are for option.
Brake system:
The Brake System is safe dual-line control system with reliable relay value and spring brake air chamber which comes into action at parking brake.
Many gooseneck structure:
Using many gooseneck, low loading surface, satisfying the requirement of transporting different goods.

Warranty
12 months is from the date of commissioning, or at the latest, 12 months from delivery.
After-sale Service
1. When loading trailer, we will delivery some normal spare part and tools as free together with trailer.
2. When the trailer has problem in warranty, pls take pictures as evidence. After make sure (the problem must not be caused by man-made destructive factors), we will send out the spare parts as
free at once. But freight is paid by customer.
3.After the warranty,the spare parts cost is paid by customer.
