Product Description

    The oxygen generator separates air mainly by two adsorption towers filled with molecular sieves. Under normal temperature conditions, the compressed air is filtered, dehydrated, dried and purified before entering the adsorption tower. In the adsorption tower, nitrogen and other gases in the air are adsorbed by the molecular sieve, and oxygen is enriched in the gas phase, flowing out from the outlet and stored in the oxygen buffer tank. In the other tower, the molecular sieve that has completed adsorption is rapidly depressurized to analyze the adsorbed components. The two towers are circulated alternately to obtain low-cost oxygen with a purity of ≥90%.

Note: The oxygen flow unit "Nm3/h" refers to the flow unit at 20ºC and 0.101MPa (absolute pressure).

Technical advantages of oxygen generator
1. Raw air is taken from nature, and oxygen can be produced by providing compressed air and power. The equipment has low energy consumption and low operating costs.
2. Convenient and fast oxygen production: advanced technology and unique airflow distributor make the airflow distribution more uniform, and the molecular sieve is used efficiently, and qualified oxygen can be provided in about 20 minutes.
3. Easy to use: The equipment has a compact structure and is skid-mounted as a whole, which occupies a small area and does not require infrastructure investment. It only needs to connect to the power supply to produce oxygen on site.
4. More economical than other oxygen supply methods: PSA process is a simple oxygen production method, using air as raw material, and the energy consumption is only the electricity consumed by the air compressor. The efficient molecular sieve filling is tighter, more solid, and has a longer service life. The pressure, purity, and flow are stable and adjustable to meet the different needs of customers.
5. Mechatronics design realizes automatic operation: imported PLC controls fully automatic operation, and the oxygen flow, pressure, and purity are adjustable and continuously displayed, which can be unattended.


Oxygen generator industry application
1. In life, there are often places with dense populations, poor air circulation, and thin oxygen on the plateau that require oxygen generators. Sauna rooms, oxygen bars/entertainment business places, leisure activity rooms for the elderly, places with thin oxygen on the plateau, or underground shopping malls can determine the size of the oxygen generator according to the maximum number of densely populated people and the size of the space, and choose the oxygen generator of the corresponding specifications
2. Oxygen combustion heating; glass process combustion, kiln oxygen-enriched combustion, stone, musket combustion, and other combustion processes.
3. Electric furnace steelmaking: decarbonization, foam slag, metallurgical control and post-heating;
4. Wastewater treatment: oxygen-enriched aeration of activated sludge, oxygenation of water pools;
5. Pulp bleaching and papermaking: chlorine bleaching is converted into oxygen-enriched bleaching, providing cheap oxygen, sewage treatment;
6. Non-ferrous metal smelting: smelting steel, zinc, nickel, lead, etc. requires oxygen enrichment, and the oxygen production system is the best oxygen source
7. Field laser cutting construction: field steel pipe and steel plate cutting, mobile or small oxygen generators can meet the requirements
8. Aquaculture, underground rivers, and oceanariums: aeration or mixed oxygenation for fish, shrimp, and aquatic products
9. Fermentation: Oxygen-enriched oxygen replaces air to provide oxygen for fermentation, which can greatly improve efficiency.
10. Ozone generator: Provide high-concentration oxygen electrolysis to produce ozone, the ozone concentration is higher and more stable, and the disinfection and bleaching effect is better. Ozone water treatment basically uses oxygen source ozone generators.
