Product Description

Features:
The determination of the soil pF curve is based on the relationship among soil suction, bulk density, and gravimetric water content, allowing for the acquisition of a highly accurate soil moisture characteristic curve (pF).

The soil moisture characteristic curve is typically measured using methods such as pressure membrane (chambers) and centrifuges. Compared to other methods, the centrifuge method is simpler to operate, more time-efficient, and capable of covering a wider range of suction values. It is widely used in soil moisture dynamics simulation, meteorology and climatology, soil geography, hydrology, and agricultural science and technology fields.

  • Equipped with Mitsubishi PLC and Weintek touchscreen, combined with a self-developed control board and high-torque AC variable frequency motor, the centrifuge ensures stable operation with low noise, providing a comfortable laboratory environment.

  • Uses imported CFC-free refrigeration compressors and environmentally friendly refrigerant R404a, offering a wide temperature control range from -20ºC to +40ºC, which can be set even during centrifuge operation. It features a pre-cooling function for rapid temperature drop to the set value, a standby cooling function to maintain temperature in idle mode, and a heating defrost function.

  • Multiple safety warning functions such as overspeed, overtemperature, imbalance, undervoltage, and overvoltage are provided. The triple damping and specially designed shock absorption system ensure smooth and safe motor operation, prevent sample resuspension, and achieve excellent centrifugation results.

  • Touchscreen operation displays both set and actual running parameters. The interface is intuitive and simple to use, supporting multilingual menus (Chinese, English, etc.).

  • The biosafety airtight angle rotor uses a one-piece silicone rubber sealing ring (compliant with EU RoHS2015/863), effectively preventing aerosol leakage and ensuring the safety of personnel and the laboratory environment.

  • The centrifuge chamber is made of stainless steel, combined with a fully steel-coated exterior, a one-piece stamped steel front panel, and triple-layer steel protective covers, making the device robust, durable, and safe for lab use.

  • Features a mechanical door lock that is easy to operate and suitable for harsh environments. Simply close the lid gently to trigger the locking mechanism and securely lock the door.

  • Offers 12 acceleration and 12 deceleration rates, storage for 16 user-defined programs, and the ability to modify rotor operation parameters at any time. Displays speed curve, RCF (Relative Centrifugal Force) curve, and temperature curve.

  • A wide range of aerospace-forged aluminum rotors (angle rotors only) and various polyamide fiber adapters are available, compatible with centrifuge tubes or reagent bottles from 1.5 mL to 1000 mL.

  • The base is equipped with casters and carbon steel leveling blocks for convenient movement and height adjustment.

  • Registered with CFDA and qualified for CFDA manufacturing, with certifications for ISO9001 (2015) and ISO13485 (2016).
