The MSO2000X series mixed signal oscilloscope has a maximum sampling rate of 5GSa/s and a storage depth of up to 100Mpts per channel. It uses the unique Ultra Phospho® 3.0 technology, with a waveform capture rate of up to 2,000,000 wfms/s, a 256-level brightness level color temperature display, an advanced digital trigger system, high trigger sensitivity, and a trigger accuracy of 10ps; it supports a variety of advanced triggers, serial bus triggers and decoding; it supports spectrum analysis, power supply analysis, histograms, waveform recording, enhanced resolution, pass test, search and navigation and other advanced functions and analysis modes; it has rich measurement and mathematical operation functions. It uses a 10.1-inch capacitive touch screen, supports a variety of gestures to achieve common operations on waveforms, and WebServer to achieve remote control of a full-featured and powerful instrument.
