The light - type semi trailer is built to meet the maximum extent load capacity and creat maximum profit.
1. Convex-concave throughout beam: National patented product(national patent number: 200610062813.9), featuring light dead weight and high strength.
2. High tensile steel materials: The longitudinal beams, side beams, and critical portions adopt domestic high strenghth low alloy steel meeting advancd technical standard.
3. High Bearing capacity: Through the adoption of high strength steel and structural innovation, the critical portions maintain the same bearing capacity while reducing the dead weight.
4. Low bearing surface: The optional small small 4-longitudinal beam structure effectively reduces the height of bearing surface, lowers the gravity center of cargo, and improves the transport safety.
5. Characteristic body: They body is pressed byspecial mould from high strength cold rolled steel palte to reduce the body deformation under full load, featuring the advantages of high strength and light weight.
6. Door operation mode: The body adopts pull-type hinged doors to meet the loading and unloading by excavator and more effectively improve the loading/ unloading efficiency of the cargo.
Remarks: The maximum limit length of this model shall be controlled within 11m as far as possible

***Sophisticated technology: Main parts of the trailer is processed with advanced equipment, the longitudinal beam is welded by imported full automatic tracking hidden arc welding machine; Wheel axle is assembled by assembly machine, wheelbase is determined by range finder, spare parts are treated by shot blast, assembly parts are first painted, then assembled side panel is treated by phosphate and pickle, greatly increase the adhesion force of the paint; Baking varnish make the paint have a high gloss, durable finish.
***Suspension: With unique new suspension and USA imported Holland suspension, axle load is balanced, the pull-rod angle is designed reasonably to reduce the instant frictional slip distance between the tire and the ground during the frequent running, effectively reduce the tire wear, meanwhile, the adjustable rod can adjust the wheelbase to avoid the eccentric wear and tear; The axle card is integral casting parts, and lower axle card is patent product.
***Axle: High quality axle made by professional manufacturer, have strong bearing capacity, not easy to cause distortion; Meanwhile, the well-known ABS is optional, to reduce the braking distance, effectively prevent the wheel lockup, side slipping and drifting when the trailer is braking in an emergency, more safe to drive.
***Unique box body: The panel shaped by special mould is made of high strength cold-roll steel; Reduce the information with full load; High strength, and light weight;
