Subframe structure:
**The subframe longitudinal beams adopts high strength steel rectangular tube to effectively promote the bearing capacity of the whole vehicle and reduce the cracking symptom due to welding factors. The widened rear tilting seat can greatly promote the stability, safety, and reliability during the traveling and lifting of the while vehicle.
Rear body structure:
**The rear body adopts fully welded horizontal and vertical ribs and triangular box is added depending on the regional characteristics to effectively improve the impact resistance of the rear body.
Lifting alarm:
**The alarm will buzz while the vehicle is being lifted, in order to eliminate potential safety hazard.
Baseplate dumping structure:
**The new two-layer baseplate with rubber cushion in the middle is adopted to damp the impact force onto the baseplate by means of the damping function of rubber, which effectively improve the service life and practicability of the whole vehicle.
Exhaust gas recirculation device:
**The specially designed dumb body heater by engine exhaust gas, which not only effectively reduces the air contamination of the exhaust emission, but also sufficiently meets the winter construction and transport demands in cold regions by means of heating of sump body.

1. This series dump trailer,dumper trailer,dumping trailer ,tipping trailer,tipper trailer,tip semi trailers, are mainly used in heavy duty transportation for c bulk cargo transporting such as sand,grain,stone or fruit.Also the side wall of them are detachable.So you we can use it transport standard containers.
2. The capacity is for 10tons-200tons , we can manufacture it according to your needs.
3. The axles can be Fuwa / Bpw with different tonnages by your need with price differences.
4. The suspensions can be: Air suspension, mechanic (leaf spring suspension), bogie suspension, etc
5. The loading deck can be concave beams, tire appeared cover, totally flatbed, or extendable.
6. The loading ramps can be rear end designed, or front loading ladders, which can be mechanic spring ladders and hydraulic loading ramps by different needs.
